Terms and Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per booking is payable when booked.
2. The balance becomes due 14 days prior to the date of the service and can be paid by debit card, bank transfer or cash.
3. Bookings end 30 minutes after arrival to reception venue.
4. The service will be provided as specified on the booking confirmation. Changes can be made at any time, but we reserve the right to change the price depending on what distance is involved.
5. For your protection cancellations are only accepted in writing and are subject to loss of deposit.
6. Adequate journey time will be allowed, but we will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
7. In the event of a breakdown, or any other event occurs that prevents us from supplying the vehicle booked, an alternative vehicle will be supplied, which may not be the same type or colour, or a full refund will be given.
8. If we are unable to complete any part of the booking due to a breakdown, a partial refund will be given.
9. Any refunds will be limited to the money paid for the car and we will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses.
10. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.
11. Although we take every care, no responsibility or liability can be accepted for passenger’s luggage or personal property.
